SAMSARA

In the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to work at Samsara as their first and sole Product Design Intern. During this time, I led a project that significantly boosted customer acquisition and drove a consistent weekly surge in platform traffic, successfully recapturing lost and blocked deals. By collaborating closely with engineering teams, I integrated insights from over 20 customer calls to develop user-friendly and technically feasible solutions. I iterated on more than 60 high-fidelity prototypes—both redesigns and entirely new screens—refining each through five rounds of targeted feedback and testing from customers, senior designers, and engineers, ensuring a seamless, optimized user experience.
